Undertake jobbing tasks with the maintenance team including minor maintenance, repairs, painting, cleaning and delivery and collection tasks as required.
You must be able to complete a range of tasks such as joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting etc. ASAP - Temporary to Permanent Contract.
Forklift Driving to load and unload painting area. Full time paint sprayer required, experience would be preferred. Industrial Painting: 1 year (preferred).
The relief caretaker will be required to prepare for lettings by setting out chairs etc, and clean and tidy the room at the end of the session.
