Home Repairs staff are required to participate in an out of hours on call rota to cover emergencies, for which a standby allowance is paid. This will include one Saturday in eight - 8:30 – 12:30.For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youWith extensive experience in plumbing and gas maintenance, your detailed technical knowledge will be evidenced by a GAS SAFE approved qualification (CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 CEN1). You will be self-motivated and use your own initiative while communicating effectively with customers and colleagues. A driving licence is essential for this role.
