Basic knowledge of maintenance skills including plumbing, carpentry, decoration and electrical, ideally with a specialism in at least one.
You may also be required to assist in the preparation of kitchen plumbing, e.g. pipe bending, attaching compression fittings and fitting sinks and taps.
