This large, well backed business can offer significant scope for career development alongside a strong employment and pension package.Installing factory-built homes across the South West region, you will play a vital role in the on-site delivery stages to ensure that all plumbing and heating works are completed to a high standard. This role is based externally from the factory.Primary Duties:Gas work, making sure you comply with all gas safe regulationsSVP installation and testing for NHBC inspectionCold mains, hot, flow and return pipework connectionsCommissioning and making the plot customer readyUsing your experience to improve production and to give feedback to factory teamsWork in a safe manner within the boundaries of the Company Health & Safety Policy and any additional site restrictionsGeneral maintenance and repairs on module defectsQualifications & Training:Gas safe qualified covering cookers and boilerHolder of the Unvented hot water qualificationPreferably qualified to a City & Guilds qualificationHolds a current full driving licenceCurrent CSCS / CPCS cardDesirable but not essential: SSSTS/SMSTS, MEWPS, PASMA, First AidHolds valid DBS check or is happy to have one donePackage and Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 PA5% Annual BonusPension: 11% (6% employer, 5% employee)HealthcareX4 death in service allowanceIf you are interested in this role please contact ARV Solutions, alternatively click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration
