Commercial and/or Industrial Plumbing work: Plumbers required to start Nights from 8th February 2021. £26.00 per hour all hours Mon - Fri.
Ideally our new Caretaker will have a knowledge andunderstanding of electrical or mechanical engineering and plumbing.
The role will incorporate all repairs on the plumbing side to tenanted properties, a van will be provided for business use.
Preferably time served, experienced plasterer with experience and skills in joinery, plumbing and general building knowledge.
