Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing. Unvented Cylinders not compulsory but preferable. Current full UK driving licence.
You will responsible for taking repair requests from our residents, scheduling repairs and liaising with operatives, contractors and merchants.

Salary: £22,183 per annum rising to £32,234 per annum on completion of training plan. Responsible for: No supervisory responsibility.
