You will be working on a responsive repairs contract on domestic properties. Your catchment area will be throughout Portsmouth and the surrounding area.
Be highly knowledgeable and experienced in exterior building / ground works (including drainage, waste, electrics, plumbing). Be an excellent problem solver.
Have an interest in technical and mechanical engineering, or plumbing. Full-time, Permanent – salary negotiable depending on experience.
Skills to enable basic property maintenance required – electrics, wood work, exterior plumbing, fencing etc.. Experience in a similar estate position.
