This would be a self employed role so a valid utr number would be needed or could be obtained.
This will involve snagging work - making good, mortar pointing, minor plaster filling. You will Ideally have experience of working on New Build Developments.
The candidate will be responsible for general labouring duties, moving things, knocking down plaster boards, general cleaning and other duties to help the site.
