Should be familiar with the planning demands of the various types of construction contracts, specifically JCT and NEC requirements.
Dealing with incoming maintenance calls. Dealing with enquires from residents. Liaising with and supporting contractors.
BSc essential in a construction related discipline. Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims. Prepare and agree final accounts.
6 months work fitting out new build apartments. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Carpenter.
