Pest Control Technician / Trainee Pest Control Technician We are a nationwide Company looking to recruit a Pest Control Technician / Trainee Pest Control Technician to service Clients throughout the UK.Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.If you are a problem solver, have attention to detail and would like a career in a fast-paced industry where no two days are the same this may be the job for you.Previous pest control experience is not essential.We have developed an in-house training programme where you will undertake book-based learning combined with gaining practical experience leading to an industry recognised qualification.If you already have suitable experience/qualifications then PPMS will invest in your professional development to enhance your current skills.All applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a proven track record in a customer facing position.Based in the East Midlands we provide nationwide coverage so driving significant distances is part of the role.Primary hours are Monday to Friday with some early starts and overnight stays to accommodate the needs of our clients.Additionally, you will also be required to provide weekend call out cover on a rota basis.Successful candidates will undergo enhanced DBS checks.Your starting salary will reflect your experience in the field, you will also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commission on lead generation and sales.Any work undertaken outside of your core hours will be paid as overtime at a competitive rate.Flexibility in the role is key and we cannot guarantee you a 9 – 5 job.If you have the willingness and commitment to thrive in a rewarding industry then this may be the job for you.Please apply with a covering letter, setting out how you feel you fit the role, and please include your CV.All interviews will be conducted within current Government Guidelines.
