Pertemps are currently working with a fast growing company based in Ayrshire who are looking to expand their Payroll team and hire a Payroll Assistant. Ideally you will have previous experience working in finance with some payroll experience and be good at picking up new systems. Main duties will include; · Processing of monthly, weekly and fortnightly payrolls for various clients· Processing all statuary requirements - PAYE,NI contributions· Dealing with all RTI and auto enrolment requirements· Dealing with payroll queries· Dealing with any new starters and leavers· Communicate with various clients to resolve any payroll issues.
