Reporting To: *Head of Partnerships. We’re responsible for sourcing new cashback deals and delivering value to our members and partners alike.
Managing the team to include objective setting, KPI’s, SLA’s. Execution of multiple department improvement projects. Review and processing of staff expenses.
This is a leadership role which will provide you with exposure to all areas of the business and relevant regulations. Experience with Looker is a bonus.
Some weekend work will be required, but you will know dates for this well in advance, and be given time off in lieu during the weekdays.
