Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. Shovelling snow/Gritting pavements). Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.

Provide superior service to our customers verbally and in writing. Responsible for selected markets / regions / customers. Analytical and logical mind-set.

Direct the maintenance team in ensuring flowerbeds, grassed areas, roads, pavements and other communal areas are immaculately maintained.
