£17 per hour CIS. Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm. Valid Blue/Gold CSCS required- if you use a green cscs we will require proof of qualification.
Must be able to understand technical drawings and guidance and also demonstrate a detailed knowledge of external wall and roof covering systems.
This may include stripping and sealing floors, removing chewing gum, high level dusting, wall washing, moving furniture to deep clean classrooms, etc.
Job will be on a Self employed Basis. Cv to be provided showing relevant experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
