We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Assistant to join our Client's fast-paced Operations team due to a continued period of growth.This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help drive growth in our manufacturing and production activities.We are looking for someone who will fit our culture to join the team on the next stage of our journey.You should be an ambitious, hands-on, practical team player with an eye for detail and high-quality standards.The role is highly varied and will involve a mixture of production planning, purchasing and supervising production.This role will suit someone who has a methodical and consistent approach to their work as anyone in the team must be able to pick up at different stages.The Role:Production planning of electrical devicesMonitoring stock levelsPurchasing componentsSupervising a small production teamExperience:Minimum of 2 years experience within a production factory environment.Experience of Production Planning, Purchasing or Production SupervisionA self-starter with the ability to work alone or as part of a teamA willingness to learn and developConsistent in the way you workSalary:Up to 24,000 per yearHours:39 Hours per week - Flexible between 7am and 4.30pm.with some flexible working
