Processing map ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ customer journeys/processes to support launch of appropriate change and ensure sign off from key team members.
Experience in a similar role. GCSE passes in English and Maths or equivalent. Customer focused with excellent customer care skills.
Confident working in a hospital environment and aware at times you will come in contact with patients that are particularly unwell or showing signs of distress.
The role is to efficiently and accurately check prescriptions. You won't be facing customers or answering phone calls. Be fast, accurate and efficient worker.
