Candidate profile (title) WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE Candidate profile (text) - Default language Capacidades • Ability to effectively organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks and initiatives, and deliver to achieve the goals.• Combine commercial and technical skills, especially digital customers’ behaviours analysis• Skilled in translating opportunities and challenges into concrete solutions, based on data and expertise, and the ability to identify and engage the right stakeholders to contribute • Passionate to achieve business objectives Requisitos: • Deep understanding of the digital business in a customer-focused and multichannel retail environment • Expertise in sales steering and knowledge in digital range presentation techniques• Up-to-date knowledge of IKEA merchandising and/or online merchandising• Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation • Adobe advanced (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)• Office Advanced (Power Point y Excel) • 2 years of experience working to CMS Key responsibilities (title) WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Key responsibilities (text) • Actively optimize the IKEA website with the customer experience in mind based on data gathered and input from the market, and striving towards a consistent of the customer experience• Create a visually stimulating and engaging digital experience that inspires product and solution discovery and purchase• Measure and follow up the performance of online merchandising by analysing customer behaviour• Support defining and implementing proven principles and ways of working for online range presentation based on facts from research and testing• Continuously monitor the market and competitors, identifying new range presentation techniques and features in order to translate them into commercially viable implementations• Contribute insight and HF knowledge to the briefing of the content process supporting the digital customer experience• Share insights with key stakeholders in the global organization on how to improve the customer experience with regards to online range presentation, navigation and categorization
