Office Administrator

We are keen to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of all day to day works, ensuring efficient time management dealing with customer queries and meeting client requirements. You will be responsible for database management and making sure systems are kept up to date. You will be required to produce and keep up to date project and contract information, including reports.The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years previous administrative experience in a similar role. They will have GCSE English and Maths, at minimum Grade C. The successful candidate will also have:Competence in the use of I.T. systems with proficiency in word processing and other Microsoft Office packages.Possess a high level of attention to detail with accuracy.Possess good organisational skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Possess good oral and written communication skills.Be professional and enthusiastic in nature.Be reliable and punctual.Desirable Criteria: NVQ in Business Administration, or similar.Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9am – 5.30pm.Salary: £17,500Closing Date: Tuesday 17 December 2019 at 12 noon.Interviews will be held at our Head Office in Maghera on Thursday 19 December and Friday 20 December 2019.
