Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be the direct line manager for all other operational staff on shift and line management within area of responsibility.
In addition you will also need to be able to assist a guest to safety in an emergency situation within the pool and will be given basic lifeguard training.
Complete Health and Safety checks. Set up activities within the centre such as Pool sessions, Badminton, basketball, spin classes etc.
