The role: - As an NQ property litigation solicitor you will be tasked with dealing with a whole range of commercial property disputes. - You will work as part of the wider real estate team dealing with different sectors including hotels and leisure, student accommodation and energy. - The real estate disputes team is one of the largest in the UK so you will get the chance to work on some high profile and complex property litigation cases. Requirements: - A newly qualified litigation solicitor. - A property disputes seat or at least a commercial litigation seat with a passion for property disputes. - A good academic background. - The ability to work independently as well as part of a large team.
