The job will require a driving licence and transport, and have majority of their own tools. Hours will be from 7.30-4.30 with 1 hour break.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role and have a wide range of skills in property Maintenance.
The role initially is for 4 weeks starting tomorrow working 8 hours per day. The rates are £22/h Monday to Friday. Overtime rates are also available.
