The maintenance team look after 50 student houses plus we have contracts to maintain multiple houses throughout Ormskirk for other Landlords.
Doing all aspects of ground works and roofing, role includes fencing, flagging, brick work, drainage and roofing/guttering. Working 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
You will undertake all types of joinery, wet trade, ground works, roofing, basic plumbing, and grounds maintenance duties. Up to £130 per day DOE.
