You will ensure installations and repairs are carried out to a high standard in accordance with current working practices. Multi trade: 2 years (required).
Tasks might require knowledge of basic joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting and decorating, tiling, grouting and general DIY.
General plumbing, joinery, electrical and decorating works. This is a full time, permanent position based on approx. Job Types: Full-time, Contract.
The job would require office work - dealing with bookings / emails / phones and all paperwork to do with the cottages. Part-time hours: 20-25 per week.
