Hold a CSCS Handy man Card. Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles). Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
Ensure quality of work including painting and general handyman skills are maintained at all times. REPORTS TO: Housing & Repairs Manager.
The maintenance person is required to carry out some maintenance duties on our care homes. As our maintenance worker/Handy man, we are looking for:
