You will ensure all PPM’s & Reactive maintenance across the property portfolio as well as compliance, auditing, stake holder management, contractor management, logbooks and project works. The role will work across a number of sites ranging from listed buildings through to award winning, state-of-the-art integrated health campuses. What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a positive and “can-do” attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This role will require you to have achieved industry recognised qualifications, having completed a Formal Apprenticeship or Craft Equivalent and with experience or have come from a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 equivalent as well as a IOSH or NEBOSH certificate.
