MIS & Operations Officer

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations.The person in the role will be responsible for the accuracy, quality and compliance of our data supporting our Head of operations.Supervising a small team, you would be involved with developing a service which is valued as supporting the business to drive performance and maximise our financial earnings, overall business and contract success.The role will be responsible for communicating and managing funding information, including new Levy and Co-investment changes.Maximising funding claims and forecasting funding income and associated costs.Funding and data returns required by funding bodies and associated regulatory bodies. The role will form part of the strategic objectives for the Group and play a leading role in the development of the group for current and future clients.General:Support Levy / Non Levy employers with setting up Apprenticeship Digital AccountAction digital account for NSEG by inputting learner / cohort and notify employer for approvalLiaise with recruitment officer / MIS to access the relevant information for the learner / employerCheck ESFA funding report for accuracy and notify Head of Operations of any issuesSummarise ESFA funding report and report to finance on incentive payments to be made in monthCheck funding reports received from lead primes and notify Head of Operations of any issuesProvide monthly yeti reports for assessors to check for accuracy and success rate reports for SMT to review quarterlySupport the Head of Operations with quarterly internal audits and external ESFA / Subcontractor auditsAttend recruitment meeting / assessment centre meetingsLearner / employer annual surveys – collate results and produce reportsOversee Yeti system and data reportingSupport MIS with Yeti inputting (if required)Support Head of Operations with the data submission to the ESFA (if required)Learner progression tracking – apprenticeship tracking for upto 8 weeks on successful completion (learner destinations)Salary TBA and consummate with experience.Job Type: Permanent
