London Projects are a construction company specialising in super-prime, London residential refurbishment.Founded in 2005, we now have a portfolio of well over 200 properties in premier locations such as Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Mayfair – our projects defined by meticulous detail, exemplary craftsmanship and an impeccable finish.We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join the team on a permanent working across super prime residential projects.This role will be overseeing a couple of different projects and will require someone to be flexible. We are ideally looking for a fully qualified plumber who has stepped up into management and is confident managing teams on site.Duties: * Assisting the senior mechanical management team in delivering programmes/projects * Reporting on site progress to the Mechanical manager * Managing sub-contractors to maintain programme targets * Assist the Site Managers with managing the health and safety on site * Assisting installations where requiredRequirements: * SMSTS/SSSTS * Plumbing Qualifications * Gas safe ( preferred not essential) * High end residential or Commercial experience * Good communication * Ability to use Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
