Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica.As a Mechanical Maintenance Graduate, some of the tasks you will be responsible for, are:Develop activities and proposals for continuous improvement in facilities and work methods with the aim to ensure and improve the efficiency and availability of mechanical plant equipment. Lead detailed analysis of plant breakdowns and recurring mechanical problems.Identify and reduce possible inefficiencies and seek the maximum optimization of the processes (including FMEA studies).Manage the optimal performance of the development of works in the sections, analysis and operation setl design and lay-out.Ensure Continuous Improvement of processes and support tools, monitoring the results.Other tasks related to Mechanical Maintenance.Knowledge or experience in some of the following points, will be valued:Rotating equipment associated with the paper production process: Rollers, centrifugal pumps, geared motors, connectiones…Analysis of vibration, alignment and lubrication in rotating equipment.Pneumatic and oil hydraulic installations. Bridge crane.PCI systems.Basic knowledge in the use of a GMAO system for maintenance management. (IBM, MAXIMO or similar).Ability to process and analyze data.Join our Saica Graduate Expert Program and contribute to a Sustainable World.Requisitos mínimosACADEMIC QUALIFICATION/ OTHER TRAINNING:Mandatory: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Marine Engineering or similar.Optional: Specific trainnig or final year project based on pneumatic or hydraulic systems or condition monitoring systems or maintenance / industrial organization.LANGUAGE SKILLS: Mandatory: English C1 Optional: French (medium level)The external agency Ayanet, will collaborate with Saica Group in the selection process.
