Mechanical Construction Manager (Data Centres) MEP Contracting (Building Services) Hampshire OR Berkshire My client is a market leading, privately-owned M&E contractor renowned for successfully delivering Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory and Life Sciences projects across the UK and Europe.They have recently had great success expanding in the UK and require two Mechanical Construction Managers to assist with the delivery of Data Centres worth circa £10m in M&E in Hampshire and Berkshire.This is a business that truly cares for its people and is growing at a steady yet impressive rate in the UK.  There is opportunity to work abroad in the future.Please note that we will consider covering accommodation costs for those open to working away from home.Duties:Supervise, monitor and delegate works to the mechanical teamAssure that works are completed to correct standards and to schedule.Co-ordinate materials and equipment.Tracking the cost of labour and reducing wherever possibleProducing monthly valuationsPrepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts, and manage through to final accountProduce monthly progress reports for the Project Manager and senior management For more information, please e-mail (url removed)
