Our Client a busy contractor requires a Mechanical Construction Manager/Senior Mechanical Supervisor/ to join their pre-construction team on a £8.0m+ R&D life sciences project based in the Oxfordshire. You will be suitably qualified, mechanical services professional with at least 6 years experience working with principal sub-contractors and a good understanding of commercial, design and programme management from a healthcare, university, research laboratory, life science or pharmaceutical project background. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating all the mechanical site activity and managing work timelines to meet the project’s construction schedule. You will also be responsible for coordinating project materials, equipment and ensure that work installed is completed in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.The assignment is offered on an ongoing contract basis with a possibility of becomming permanent on a competitive remuneration package with long term career prospects.
