This is a senior leadership opportunity within the newly created Commercial function at Three and you will be an instrumental part of developing a winning culture that ensures we deliver against our ambitious company objectives.The role is responsible for owning & maximising the Sales strategy within our Retail Channel where we have over 300 stores across the UK. You will have line management responsibility of the Head’s of Regions and have full ownership of the Retail plan.Proven leadership experience within a similar senior commercially aligned position is a must. We are looking for an experienced people leader who thrives on building world class Retail experiences and is able to galvanise others behind a vision, set clear direction, build, develop and motivate a high performing team, whilst being a strategic commercial thinker with the ability to convert strategy into operational execution. Here at Three we are on the cusp of something really big.
