Reporting to this position are three managers; the Police Finance Manager, the Police Communications Manager and the Police Projects Manager.
As Product Manager – Onboarding, you will be responsible for owning the customer sign-up and card activation funnel on web and in the mobile app.
Ensure all work is signed off at the right stages, by the right people (both internal sign-off, and client approvals, e.g. of creative ideas or video assets).
