Job Description DetailsThe Opportunity The People and Org Manager will provide strategic People consulting to our Directors and their leadership teams, serving as a trusted advisor on all business and People strategies. This role requires a high level of business knowledge and understanding of complex business strategies. You will partner with leaders to translate the overarching People strategy and is responsible for the results of its execution. You will lead complex change and transformational programs and deliver on initiatives that improve the organizational health of your clients, which are aligned with the People strategy. Who We AreBe Authentic. We translate the overarching People strategy for the business deeper in the organization and are responsible for the results of its execution. We lead complex change and transformational programs and are accountable for the organizational health of the business functions we support.Your Impact Prioritizes solutions that will deliver the most benefit to the business. Identifies risks to the delivery of business strategy and partners with Solutions Delivery and/or COE leads and People and Org delivery partners to bring the right resources to support itConsulting on the delivery of talent mgmt. processes including performance management, talent review and succession, compensationIdentifies advanced development needs from business unit or function and partners with appropriate COE team members to best supportSupports engagement and cultural health of organization based on team member experience company strategyUnderstands changes in business unit and consults on tools required to advance the organization development of the business/team (career frameworks, org design needs, change mgmt. needs, etc.); Identifies needs and supports delivery with businessProvide coaching and guidance to leaders (up to Director level), and to support in the effective prioritization and delivery of an engaging team member experienceProvides advice, counsel, and strategic insights on business strategies, while ensuring all business initiatives include a culture, talent, and people perspective throughoutWhat You Bring A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required; advanced degree in a related field preferred A minimum of 10 years of total business experience, ideally in areas of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness or other related experience is required.Working knowledge of all key People skill areas and using People levers to drive business performanceGlobal collaboration/matrix manager, being negotiator to align agendasGood knowledge of current legislation and its practical applicationChange management deliveryThought and Influence leadership and trusted strategic advisor on people issuesAbility to leverage People data to create effective strategiesAbility to consult, facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels
