Project Manager M&E - Renewable EnergyMultitask personnel are working with a national company who cover specialist M&E projects from design, initial costing and commissioning to installation, handover and on-going support.Due to growth they looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager with proven Renewable project experience to lead a team covering Renewable energies. This position is based in Liverpool and is a permanent full-time position.To be successful you should demonstrate extensive Project management skills (budgets, team development, strategic planning, client/contractor management) the ability to design and implement project strategies, Build proposals, invoicing and reporting to senior leadership.  You will have proven experience in Project planning, consent, compliance within the M&E/Renewables sector and should be able to deliver complex projects including lifecycle/extension and maintenance.The project manager will have expert industry knowledge and good team management skills, reporting to the Project director for project related matters and hold open lines of communication with contractor leads such as Construction manager or the client.Key Accountabilities• CAPEX / OPEX• Value add for customers, cost reductions through efficient working, careful scoping.• Project economic/financial modelling.• Establish and manage project programme from strategy to handover• Manage project budget• Prepare proposals• management of external consultants and internal technical or engineering support• Coordinate engineering design, technical studies and grid requirements• Review appeals if requiredExperience & Qualifications• Degree in an environmental, engineering or technical related area• Detailed knowledge of M&E based renewable projects• Proven experience in managing M&E based renewable energy projects from initial design to operations & maintenanceFor more information and a chat about the role feel free to contact (url removed)
