This role includes minor general, joinery and plumbing maintenance on a reactive and proactive basis. MODA IS A LIFESTYLE NOT A LANDLORD*.
Ideally our new Caretaker will have a knowledge andunderstanding of electrical or mechanical engineering and plumbing.
The role will incorporate all repairs on the plumbing side to tenanted properties, a van will be provided for business use.
Preferably time served, experienced plasterer with experience and skills in joinery, plumbing and general building knowledge.
