Maintenance Technician. Warrington. Permanent. Your new company You will be working for a Commercial organisation across a number of their sites, based in Warrington. Your new role Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. You will be responsible for Maintenance across 3 buildings. Including but not limited to: PPM, repairs, basic plumbing, basic grounds-work, cleaning and painting when required. What you'll need to succeed You must have Maintenance experience on a Commercial site. You must be able to work both in a team and independently. Health and Safety experience is essential. What you'll get in return A salary of up to £25,000 per annum. Benefits package.
