Your new company My client is a Government organisation who look after a multi-site estate across the England. The Facilities Management team services areas including cleaning, reactive maintenance, landscaping and planned building repair work to the estate.Your new role As Maintenance Supervisor you will lead a team of engineers to ensure all planned & reactive maintenance services are delivered across the estate. The role will have an element of hands on work and you will need to provide support to the team when necessary. Key tasks will include giving toolbox talks, management of Legionella, maintaining boilers, ppm and reactive checks in boiler room & plantroom areas. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified Plumber or Mechanical Engineer and have maintenance experience of working within the built environment. You will need strong communication skills and have the ability to lead a team ensuring a high level of service delivery is maintained.
