Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor required for our client in Ross-ShireResponsibilities:* Supervise the maintenance team to deliver safe, efficient and effective maintenance operations of the facilities.* Develop the maintenance plan.Include setting and monitoring KPIs and targets in line with that plan and to meet service level agreements* Understand all contractual obligations for company facilities and work with Operations to ensure management of lease compliance through proactive (e.g.inspection) and reactive (e.g.queries and complaints) measures* Contribute to and champion the strategy development relating to Facility Operations including third party contractor/project management to and manage maintenance projects accordingly* Develop and maintain positive and proactive customer and third party relations* Develop proposals for capital investment gaining input from specialist Engineering, Business Development and Commercial as required* Work collaboratively with customers and internal parties to ensure all assets are maintained to the appropriate standard of repair, safety and reliability.* Ensure that planned and reactive maintenance and capital investment are undertaken, using asset surveys and maintenance reporting tools, prioritising as required* Management and maintain delegated maintenance budgets.* Ensure invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner in line with lease, contract, or other agreements* Manage utilities and re-charging process* Project manage, development projects and arrange repairs and maintenance to facilities/equipment by contractors, including the development of work scopes, acting as Clerk of Works where required and liaising with contractors in respect to health and safety complianceIf interested in this position send your CV to andy.murray@orioneng.comOur role in supporting diversity and inclusionAs an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.We welcome the wide range of experiences and viewpoints that potential workers bring to our business and our clients, including those based on nationality, gender, culture, educational and professional backgrounds, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, and age differences, job classification and religion.In our inclusive workplace, regardless of your employment status as staff or contract, everyone is assured the right of equitable, fair and respectful treatment.
