Job Category: Construction Job Location: Glasgow, City of Glasgow, United Kingdom Caval Ltd are currently looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Operative to work part time in the Partick area of Glasgow starting asap. The ideal candidate will be a kind of jack of all trades but ideally have a background or qualification in electrical works but is not required to be a fully qualified electrician. Duties will include: * Carry out compliance checks testing * Flushing and maintenance jobs * Change emergency lights * Remove and replace such things as the small integrated fridges in the rooms * Repair furniture, door frames, door hinges * Willing to sweep and wash out the bin store * Help with the compliance. * Taking water temperatures, carrying out flushing. Hours are part time hours of 20 hours per week. Monday - 8 hours Thursday - 8 hours Friday - 4 hours Rate is £13.00/hr. This is a temporary to Permanent position for the right candidate.
