Proven experience as handyman/woman. A keen eye for detail is valued greatly in this job. Perform maintenance and light repairs.
Also some general handyman jobs around the house and garden may be required. Hours - 10 hours per week. Days and times can be flexible. Pay - £9.25 per hour.
HOURS: 40 per week (Mon - Fri)*. Maintenance staff must have a sympathetic understanding of the needs of elderly people and their families.
As this role will involve going out to site, you will need to be comfortable with working long days at various shifts. Various shifts at flexible hours.
