Are you an experienced Handyman? Or are you very practical and someone that always helps friends and family with decorating / repairs? If so, read on.... An exciting opportunity available for someone with experience in Property Maintenance, Decorating and Basic Repairs to join a national organisation where you will be responsible for your own cluster of buildings based within the Devizes region. These repairs will vary from changing lightbulbs, fixing jammed drawers/cupboards, repairing broken locks, damage to walls, painting and decorating and installation of equipment where required. You will approach tasks with care and attention and will ensure all tasks are carried out in timely manner with as little disruption to the Estate as possible. Do to the nature of the Estate you will be working in, a conscientious approach is essential and successful applicants will be subject to a background check. You will need a full clean drivers license for the role. In return you will receive access to your own vehicle and fuel card and an enhanced overtime rate. This role is to cover the Devizes area but you may need to be prepared to travel to some of the other properties on occasions.
