Maintenance Engineer Coventry 4 month contract £21.50ph PAYE My Client is looking for a Multi Skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, to be based at the Coventry site for a 4 month contract cover. Key Requirements: Primary skilled as an apprentice trained maintenance technician with supporting electrical maintenance skills, Working Knowledge 1989 ELECTRICITY AT WORK ACT Working Knowledge of Siemen's / Fanuc / control systems Desired or Preferred Experience and working knowledge in LOTO / Risk Assessments / point of work risk assessments method statements combined with shut down intervention planning Working Knowledge of CMMS Systems and the daily operations and maintenance of these systems Skilled in TPM platforms and the maintenance of the systems Working experience in factory facilities systems to include Water distribution systems Compressor systems Site AS Build plans and evaluation of Site Drainage systems and interceptors for waste streams Fixed installation from an electrical perspective PAT testing LEV Systems Working Knowledge in LOLER PUWER COSHH MSDS understanding in relation to maintenance and process maintenance consumables Experienced in: Working and Liaising with suppliers of maintenance consumables for machinery repairs / upgrades / new installations (examples) Electrical components Mechanical components Arranging OEM contractors Servicing visits for machinery and site facility requirements General: Be used to working in a production environment. To be able to diagnose faults (and rectify where appropriate) on a variety of plant, machines and equipment. To be able to read and understand drawings, symbols and Ladder diagrams etc. on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
