The Maintenance Coordinator helps to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and to ensure the smooth running of our facilities.
Previous experience of working in metalwork, woodwork, plumbing, fabrication and basic electrical knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment and good housekeeping standards and ensure 5* standards are maintained. Report any issues to the team leader.
