Ideally our new Caretaker will have a knowledge and understanding of basic electrical or mechanical engineering tasks and minor plumbing.
Ideally you will be placed in Poole, Bournemouth or Salisbury however you must have the flexibility to cover in other areas depending on operational demands.
You will have great multi-trade skills with either plumbing, carpentry as your main trade discipline and ideally tiling and flooring experience.
