Carrying out planned routine works such as decorating. 30 hours per week – Shift pattern 8.30am – 2.30pm. Undertaking site repairs and maintenance duties.
This will include decorating, holding a ladder, putting up shelves and any other tasks that could be required. Adhere to Health and Safety.
Duties will include general maintenance, decorating, grounds upkeep, minor electrical and plumbing repairs and safety checks around the buildings.
