With revenues of $25 billion and the largest investment in R&D in the industry, we give our people the resources and opportunities to make significant contributions to the world.Responsibilities:Maintain high levels of QH&S and 5S within the department and drive continuous improvementEnsure all paperwork is completed using cGMP standardsHave a good understanding of documentation and proceduresCompletion and execution for all documentation for Export stockPlan and create documentation for incoming and out going finished productsUse computer tracking systems for monitoring itemsControl and co-ordinate movement of finished productsWork closely with third Party Warehouse ProvidersConduct process auditsEnsure Health & Safety requirements are met, including general housekeepingWork to performance rated targets and Key Performance IndicatorsMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:Strong attention to details and accuracy of workFlexibility to operate in different areas as requiredSome supervisory experience would be an advantageExport knowledge and previous experience essentialWarehouse and Logistics experiencePositive attitude and adaptable to changeThis is a permanent Splitshift role – 1 week 6.00am-2.00pm, 1 week 2.00pm-10.00pm. 37,5 hours per week.
