Our client, a well established estate agency in Chigwell is looking for an experienced lettings administrator to join their team.
We install, repair and replace external water mains as well as power, gas and data utilising impact moling and horizontal directional drilling. £400 - £550 a week
The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge of the warehouse function with proven supervisory experience at supervisor level or above.
Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, property inspections and maintenance repairs. (the hours are based on the candidate being over 18).
