Are well versed in bar & floor operations and can effectively manage all departments. Ensuring the highest standard of service is provided to every guest.
Ability to work well and collaborate effectively with people at all levels including senior managers and executive level.
Strong project and product management skills that translate into planning several steps ahead of the team, as well as surface hidden risks.
