Learning Support Mentor

Learning Support Mentor (18.5 hours per week, term time only) Salary: £21,765 pro rata Closing date: 5.00pm, Thursday 11 March 2021 Apply: http://www.burnley.ac.uk/vacancies/ We are recruiting for a Learning Support Mentor to help reinforce learning and complement the role of the lecturer, outside of the classroom and to maintain accurate, timely, student records. With good general education including a qualification to at least level 3, you will have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. You will also have experience of working within education and using Microsoft Office applications. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the needs of the students are met appropriately within the College environment, to liaise with staff to ensure that Health and Safety requirements are met and to help reinforce learning outside of the classroom. The salary for this post is £21,765 pro rata.
