Want to be part of a company that create the highest quality out door spaces, tailor made to suit customers needs to a T?Our client is actively seeking a Landscaper to join their team on a Permanent basis (Mon to Friday 7am to 4pm)You will be expected to use both hard & soft landscape construction techniques to ensure the delivery of quality outdoor living projects.The Landscaper will be on site acting as a key interface with colleagues based in Head Office, so strong communication skills are essential to ensure service excellence at all times.Daily responsibilities: To be a key member both individually and as part of a team -working together to achieve the above job purposeWork together with the Landscape Supervisor & Project Admin to ensure full planning & maximum productivity, while providing the highest level of Customer Service. Reading drawings and instructions received from both the Landscape Supervisor & Landscape Architect to effectively carry out the work on site.Provide support to assigned assistants, ensuring they work effectively & efficiently at all times.Sharing your knowledge with more junior members of the team.Show sound organisational & practical skills - making sure that projects are completed on time, to budget and to the highest of standards.Maintain consistent levels of professionalism on site.Liaise with the client where required to ensure full customer satisfactionShow passion for the role & high levels of attention to detailEnsure health and safety processes are followed at all times.Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.The ideal candidate will:Have passion for the roleHave high levels of attention to detailShow flexibility in their approach to workBe able to work to and meet tight deadlinesHave good problem solving skillsDisplay good interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with all partiesFor more information please get in touch, or apply below
